Afternoon at Mendenhall Lake Size:18"x24" For the next few hours

For the next few hours we explored just outside the downtown area and some of the great architecture new and old which can be found in Denver

At the top of this berg you can see the birds which are flying around looking for food at the top of the ice and as we sat for a while photographing the birds continued to fly around the top and also land on the ice as well

This is an area I have visited before and have also enjoyed photographing the trees and the shapes they have become due to the wind along San Francisco Bay

Visiting Butchart Gardens in Victoria

it is also nice to revisit locations you have been to before to photograph the same scene in different light or even challenge yourself to find something to have not seen in the past
